Chocolate cornflake bites are not an Indonesia dessert but it’s something people eat for the holidays, especially during Christmas or Chinese New Year. This recipe is so easy to make, no baking needed. You only need 2 – 3 ingredients, depending on how decorative you would like to be. I made these chocolate cornflake bites with semi-sweet milk chocolate and white chocolate, but if you prefer dark chocolate, it will work as well.
Tips
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter with your chocolate chips, this helps the chips melt smoothly.
- Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method, it gives you the best control over the heat.
